MEDEX Acquires CMI Insurance

Baltimore, MD. (Vocus) May 4, 2009 -- MEDEX Global Group announced today that it has formally completed the acquisition of CMI Insurance, formerly a PSA company. CMI is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of MEDEX Insurance Services, Inc., the travel medical insurance (http://www.medexassist.com/default.aspx) entity within MEDEX Global Group.
